Although I wouldn't trust these guys to touch my new Audi S5, I do take the rest of my cars there. I like the fact that it's a hand car wash, and they usually do a good job, especially when you get the Ultimate, but once in a while you'll get streaks on the inside windshield when the towels get really dirty, and if it wasn't for that I'd give 5 stars. They'll shampoo the mats, dress the interior surfaces and even the outside trim. I always bring it there after a road trip and they do a pretty good job of cleaning the bugs off. Once in a while the wipers will skip over tar and other stains but if you point it out, they'll do their best to make it right. And they do a magnificent job on wheels! Seth the manager is great and helpful! Only thing is I wish they'd bring back the air hoses to blow the excess water out of the trim and side mirrors to avoid the drips marks you find later when you get home.
Beware the glass guys. They tricked my daughter into getting a little nick on the windshield filled, saying it was a free service, and had her call the insurance company to approve the claim. Free means the insurance company pays them $60 and it goes against your comprehensive coverage. My insurance company said Nevada is a non-inspection state, and a glass company can make you do unnecessary claims without accountability. Ask for the little stick for your windshield and they won't bother you.
