  • Absolutely nothing charming about this place. They handed us coupons as we walked in, and we checked for exclusions, but there were none listed. Just to be sure, we asked the associate working if we could combine and stack multiple coupons on the same transaction- including clearance items. The associate cheerfully said "yes, absolutely". We were looking for specific items and spent about 45 minutes digging through the store since we were informed that we were allowed to stack coupons. We finally got to the checkout, where the associate who had answered our question previously was able to check us out. She then informed us that "oh, you can't use two coupons at the same time." I reminded her that she had literally just told us the complete opposite, and she did nothing to make it right. I would never recommend anyone doing business with "Charming" Charlie's based on the blatant dishonesty, and lack of desire to make things right.
