  • Been here now for 8 months. Can't wait to get out. The Condos are actually nice, the set up is good. However, this place is all about college students. There are so many loud cars, your head will burst. If they aren't loud enough normally, they will drive over the speed bumps and gun it so they peel out. Yippee. Tenants have no consideration for quiet hours, connecting walls, echoing sound, etc. If they are having fun, so should everyone else. If you have read the complaints about parking, you must know, they are not wrong. Guest parking is non-existent on weekends, and people must be drunk when they park: so many crooked parkers taking up two spots. Don't forget, people park in front of their garages so it makes it nearly impossible for you to get in and around the driveways, let alone your own personal garage. Security is just plain stupidly non-existent. Despite explicit rules against it we consistently see the following: 1) Parties/noise after hours. All the time, especially weekends. Some of us work on weekends. 2) Cars parked in front of garages. Often, not rarely. Let us just say, illegal parking everywhere and anywhere people feel like it. 3) Garage doors left open at all hours of the days. Garbage blowing out of their garage. Having to see piles of tires and crap in their garage. 4) People driving through the parking lot at at least 25 MPH. Granted, there is no speed limit posted, but there are kids and pets here. 5) I guess the noise is the worst. I like having windows open in the winter (it is Arizona). Very often, people coming home from the bars are so loud I have jumped out of bed, scared because they were so loud. On the plus side, the condos themselves are nice. There are a few different set ups, but from what I have seen, they are all pretty good. The stairs can be annoying after a while, but they aren't bad to live in.
