  • We were new to the area and needed a place for a routine visit for our dogs. I made an appointment and they were very accommodating working with my schedule. I also thought that something was wrong with my one dog, so I wanted to get that checked out. Turns out, I was right as she has a UTI. They gave her a prescription and all is well now. The staff was very kind from start to finish. From on the phone to when we arrived to even after the visit was over. They called a day or two after we started our one dog on her antibiotics. Their shots also went well. When something was wrong with our other dog, I did not hesitate to contact them again. I told them what was going on over the phone and they got us in right away. There were very honest with us through the whole process. Once all tests were ran and she was given a diagnosis, we moved forward. Long story short, she needed surgery. Again, they were very up front with everything (prices, potential outcomes, options, ect.) Her surgery went well and she has fully recovered. Throughout her recovery, we received multiple calls from the office to check on her. We will continue to go here for our dogs' needs.
