| - I moved to a location that provides LV Net internet service, and signed for 3 months, paid in advance for the service. I signed up on Friday night and was not able to get a decent signal. I was able to connect online, but connection is taking forever just to check on my email. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to connect online on Saturday, but no successful connection. Finally, after being kick out online every 5 minutes, I called their technical support and they told me that I am using the connection from where I'm staying, they are just providing the router to the business. I advised them to just cancel my subscription and refund my money. I was told that the full amount will be refunded and to just follow it up with their Billing Dept on regular business days. Well, I received and email yesterday from them and they did not refunded the full amount. Called up their main number, 702-900-0000, and spoke to a certain RACHEL WILSON, stated that she's the Billing Manager. Told me that the reason why I was not refunded the full amount was because I was using it for 3 days. I explained to her that, that was not continuous connection and it was cutting off every 5 minutes. They charged me $20.00 for no connectivity. She sent me an email with all the usage that I have which I explained to her that the connection kept dropping. Well, it is a big mistake signing up with them.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, everyone! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY ARE CHEATING THE CONSUMERS. THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE AND STILL CHARGING PEOPLE.....
