Kind of wish i would have read the reviews on here before i bought the groupon for a couples massage. It is annoying when a company uses 3rd party sellers as their marketing but then give those buyers the run around. I had a very difficult time trying to book an appt since i bought from groupon. When u finally do get ahold of someone they first ask if u have a groupon, when i said yes, their tone change and all of a sudden you need to call another number and leave a VM for a waitlist until someone calls u back to try and fit u in since 3rd party buyers are not priorty, mind u i still paid $100. Anyway finally, someone calls back, i book for the next avail which is days away, am told i need to print out forms to bring with. Another annoyance that i felt should have been addressed once at the location. When i finally got there the staff was very friendly, asked what area we wanted to focus on, which i was excited for. Turns out that area was not the focus of the massage and the massage was just a basic body massage that one could easily get at the asian spots that charge 20/hr. I was not impressed with the massage, it was weak i barely felt any pressure. We have had better for far less. The massage room though was very calming and relaxing but not sure what the aromatherapy part was or when it took place.
