  • My home warranty used Old West Builders for my Central AC. Steve the owner came out during the timeframe I was given. The company has a navigation alert and text alert system for when the technician is en route which was great! Steve was able to diagnose the issue, fixed the issue during the appointment, and was very friendly and professional. Also, he's super cute (bonus)! I'd definitely recommend them and use the company again.
