Horrible!!! Went to drive thru after an afternoon at the park with the family well apparently their ice cream machine broke, we stood in line for at least 25 min unable to move forward nor reverse out, not a single employee had the decency to come and let us know nor apologize, I got off, walked in, asked what was the problem and they had the nerve to give me attitude, FINALLY after another 10 min of waiting we pull up to window and manager comes over to window looking at me like "what" ohh that's when I said screw this, she didn't apologize she offered to discount $4 of my bill, sorry but 35 min of my time is worth more than $4! Drove off without anything only super upset! Poor staff with bad attitude and no common courtesy. Don't blame the staff when "new management" has absolutely no customer services skills.
