  • To put it in simple terms, the service here sucks! I called ahead to ask about pricing and the lady who answered had a rude tone, and her responses seemed more like sarcastic questions. I went there with my cousin on a Saturday night. We waited in line for the lane/shoe rental and when we reached the desk, I ask how much for shoe rental and 2 games. In which he responds somewhere along the lines of, "it says on the sign". Which is located near the exit NOT by or above the desk. Hm..I asked him directly for an answer, not a snarky smart a** response. On a separate occasion, prior to the above one mentioned, I came to Brunswick for a friend's birthday party. A hair was in our pizza and upon leaving, a creepy older man kept trying to talk to us outside in which we had to notify the managers about. Overall, like I mentioned, this location and the workers suck.
