Easily one of the best meals we have had on the strip. From start to finish, from the service to the food to the view, there was nothing anyone at our table could say negatively about Scarpetta.
I had the Black Cod which is apparently becoming very chic now. It was so light and buttery that I only wish I could have had more. It almost melts in your mouth.
Going as a group was beneficial because we were able to try several of the pasta dishes and share. I'm not sure the pastas are enough as an individual entree but probably too much for an individual appetizer...if that makes sense. They are perfect for sharing. We went with the short rip agnolotti, traditional spaghetti, and duck foie gras ravioli. All were awesome, even the spaghetti which was a surprise to those at the table doubting a typical or plain type of pasta was worth a try.
I would also highly recommend the lamb, at least 3 people at our table got it so I was lucky enough to have a bite or two. It was perfectly cook on every plate and was so tender it was definitely a star of the menu.
