  • Went in for oil change on an older Honda, asked for heavier weight oil be installed as the vetc switch doesn't like the lower viscosity. Paid and left saw that wrong oil was installed per the receipt. Went back and received grief about they can't do it cause of what the oil cap says, they took it in, said they didn't wouldn't let me watch. Then the "shop supervisor" wanted me to sign a release of liability! Referred him to the owners manual about oil viscosity and to his system in all-data. Will not return ever, have had all three cars there for several years and this is worse service than any dealer!
