  • So our door we purchased from them has broken 4 times. This last time they have not returned any messages so we were forced to get another company to fix it. The other company informed us that Door Tech Garage Doors installed two different springs which is what caused the problem. They also mentioned that the upgraded hardware we paid for was never installed! Avoid this company at all costs!
