I'm in shock from the service I have received in the parts department. I had called on Wednesday to get a key made and understanding that it takes 24 hours to make, I asked the man to please give me a call when it comes in. I was hoping to get a call back on Thursday and never did, so I called on Friday morning. I had then got told my key is "on it's way" and won't come in till 11. I asked the man again to please call me when it came in. So, 12 o'clock comes around and I called to see what the deal was and they told me it was being delivered to the shop. I have called my auto shop at 3pm to see if they have received the key and they never did. Additionally, I ended up driving to the dealership to see what the deal was after being on hold for 10 min when I called again. The man who helped me found my key and gave it to me so I drove it to my auto shop myself (Turned out since my auto shop didn't have the key 4 hours ahead of time, I'm without a car for another three days). I was so furious I wanted to speak with the manager of parts so I had spoke with him and he didn't even say sorry or he'll tell the guys to be more on top of it or more aware for the future... He blamed it on me for having it under two names which was my name and my auto shop's name! Makes me never want to own a BMW ever again because of the service I received! I truly hope something can be done about this.
