rev:text	This place has really gone down hill, not the food, that's the same, but the service is terrible. They are a popular place so I guess they just figure they can get away with lousy service. I ordered a well done hamburger along with 4 other people at the table with me and my burger was cooked medium, so I sent it back. About ten minutes later I knew I was in trouble when someone other than our waitress brought me out french fries to "hold me over" while they supposedly were "rushing" my burger through the kitchen. Another ten or so minutes later, my burger finally shows up, just about when everyone else I was having dinner with was just finishing up their meal. The problem that I have with this, is not that they made a mistake on my order, but rather the manner in which they handled it. First, why would my burger NOT have priority in the kitchen, after all, I had already waited for it to be cooked the first time, and now I obviously had it go back into the end of the cooking schedule since everyone at my table had enough time to eat their food. Secondly, they thought everything was fine because they brought me out french fries to "hold me over" HEY Winking Lizard, I can't eat two orders of french fries - what I'd prefer you do to CORRECT my order, is actually RUSH it so I can enjoy my dinner with my family and not simply watch them eat and then have them sitting around watching me eat. Is that really asking too much? Obviously at this restaurant it is.
