I was a regular customer for two years. Unfortunately, after two terrible customer service experiences, I'm no longer a fan of this day spa. First incident happened back in June of last year. My regular esthetician was out. I set up an appointment with someone else. Boy was that a a mistake! It was the worst experience of my life, not worth my money, and I still have a scar under my left eyebrow from the burn I got. I called the salon to let them know about the poor quality of service and the nasty burn. What do I receive? $10 off my next service. Gee thanks.
My second experience happened recently, and it is the reason I will no longer go to the salon. If you are interested, you can check out my blog post about customer service. The link to my blog can be found in my "About Me" section. Honestly, if you own a consumer-driven business, your thoughts should be first and foremost--CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They lost $120/month customer because of bad service. A loyal customer shouldn't have to jump through hoops and ladders for a $20 refund that was mischarged in the first place.
