  • What's on my mind! Many many of you know this company and have dealt with this company. Do not use Helms Heating and Air conditioning ! Here's the story of interested! We purchased a used home and Helms installed the unit about 3 years ago only to find out it was poorly installed and it caused the unit to slowly leak freon and burn up the unit. So my husband called Helms and Chris Helms the owner called and said he was not going to come out and give us a second opinion or look at the unit or give us anything for free and we could take our business elsewhere. Wow!! I have never heard of a business behaving like this. So we called Bryant out of Marshville and they are doing our repairs. Unfortunately we are having to pay for something that should be corrected by Helms due to their poor workmanship. Do not use this company. Chris Helms does not back his work and made my husband feel like a thief and a lier. It's a small town Chris Helms!
