  • I would give 4-5 stars for the actual movers but 1 star for the admin staff and their policies. Had the same situation with my move as another reviewer noted: They won't unload the truck until you sign all the paperwork and they get payment. It really makes you feel like you are being hijacked. I moved from LA to Las Vegas and needed 3 trucks to do the job of moving my house and office. I was told $7,700 for the move but less if all worked out. I was promised 3 trucks (2 to be at my house and 1 at the office). I was willing to pay the higher price based on most of the positive reviews here... Time and lack of stress was most important for my move. Well 2 trucks showed up at my house on time (9am) but the truck to my office did not show up till 6pm (the office staff was great at the "they are on their way" story the 3x I had to call). So instead of leaving from LA to Vegas at 1pm (as I had planned and paid for) we could not leave till 9pm. We have a small child so I did not want to be making such a drive while tired but Move 4 Less screwed that plan up. I would not recommend them and I would not use them again.
