  • I am so happy with our new Patio cover. We received 4-5 quotes back in May of this year. Jim was our estimator and very nice and gave me two quotes with the stucco and without. and finally went into the Proficient Patio Showroom and they had very good displays showing both just the Alum wood patio cover and the top of the line Patio cover with all the bells and whistles. We then called Jim to let him know we are ready to make our purchase and he came over the same night to write up the contract with all the details. I was very detailed on how I wanted my arch to look and how many posts I wanted. He made sure to accommodate my wishes. I didn't want my view blocked from my grandkids little putting green :). He mentioned they would send the paperwork over to the association and once we had approval they would take of the inspections etc. I was home free and they would give me phone calls as needed to keep me updated on the whole process. Jessica, who is in charge of the scheduling did just that and always kept me informed and answered my zillion questions. Each night I would go out and do my personal nightly inspections and anything that I didn't like or seemed out of what was normal I would email or call Jessica and she would get it taken care of before she even called me back. We had a couple little issues and she was more than amazing and patient with all my questions. She made sure every single item on my check list was taken care of every single detail. I am in love with the patio cover and it was well worth the investment. Give Jessica a raise for her outstanding customer service. She does the company right!
