  • I understand Zero Degrees just opened and a whole lot of confusion going on with the employees and customers! I totally get it! What I don't understand is, waited in line for over 40mins to be told our drinks can't be made due to no product. First the girl taking our order said you can't use that on your yelp bogo buy one get one free. Okay understandable, I responded I'll pay full price, no worries and 5 seconds later she comes up with an excuse we've already ran out of the products to make cookie monster. So, what is it really??? 5 mins after we paid and waiting for our drink, clearly I see someone with a cookie monster! Wow just wow really! Obviously I either got lied to or the girl just didn't check and see if they really did run out of the product. Wanted to like this place, but after being lied to NO THANKS! I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
