I have purchased several sets of tires at this location and have always been happy with the deal and the service. Recently I took one of our cars there that had tires that were worn to the point they were not safe in my opinion. The sales agent agreed they had worn much faster than the manufacturers warranty had implied. He called the manufacturer and gave them the tread depth readings and the mileage actually used and was told that I would receive a credit of $27.00 total only if I bought four more tires of their brand. I thought this was not a fair resolution and the sales agent felt the same. I selected a different brand of tires and agreed they would be fine. I was pleasantly surprised that he then gave me a credit of $100.00 for the old tires not living up to the expected life claimed by the manufacturer.
This was on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy so I paid for the tires and suggested it would be no problem for me to come back on a weekday when it would not be so busy. I am retired and live close by so no problem for me. Tuesday I stopped by and within 15 minutes of me arriving my car was on the rack and 2 techs. were installing the new tires. I was watching them work as my car was the one closest to the window from the waiting area and I was very impressed with how fast and efficient these guys are. One of the things I always appreciate is that these guys always use a torque wrench when doing an installation.
Sorry this is such a long read but it seems every time I leave this store as I drive away I feel like I got a good price and excellent service.
