  • My husband, father and I were going to dinner and a show while on vacation in vegas, at Aria casino. My husband's lifted truck wouldn't fit in Arias valet lot so they suggested we try the Crystals Mall valet, which is conjoining and has a higher ceiling height. The truck fit, great! Or so we thought. We pull up to valet and are ignored for 10 minutes. So I get out and walk over to valet. The guy acknowledged that he saw us waiting, but didn't think our truck would fit down in the lot. I told him we cleared the min height of 8'2" to get in here, but the guy said the clearance down below is 8' or so...I should mention while this is going on that I am visibly pregnant. Mind you, there was parking in front of valet where about 15 vehicles were parked. A Ford Explorer pulled put of one spot so we pulled in and we were told we could not park there. When I (visibly pregnant) inquired as to why, I was told (again keep in mind I am pregnant) that Mayweather (the boxer) visits the mall three times a week with an entourage of 20 cars and if he decides to show up they have to move all the cars currently parked in front of valet to the lower lot and since ours won't fit we can't valet there. I look over and see a Jeep and ask why they can't pull that in the lower lot and let us park there. The guy says because that is the Pub Managers car and if he moves it the guy will be "pissed". I remind him we are customers. They send another guy over to tell us we can't park there. So after 30 mins of arguing we left. We went back to Aria valet where we thought we would get turned away again, but luckily they acknowledged my pregnancy and parked our car in front. I am just so disappointed at the Crystals Mall, I was almost in tears.
