  • Ann, saved me. I called last minute asking for red roses to go to two different locations. I'm talking about calling her on Valentine's Day for flowers I needed that night. She showed me some Bouquets she had already made. They looked nice but it wasn't what I had in mind. Next thing you know she scraped them and kicked her customer service into gear. She took down what I wanted and made it happen within hours. I own a small business and I know it's all about customer service. She was great, thank you for taking care of me and doing a great job on the roses. Thank you, Luis Horna
