I had a bad accident that caused the front end to be repaired, including the front doors.
First off, it took almost 2 months to get my car---they said it would be next week, then next week, then next week--you get my point. I would have rather had them say, "Hey, we're backed up. It's going to be an extra month."
When I finally got my car back, I was happy to see it but the color match on the paint is awful. And there's a part missing on the bumper...but it's coming. That was May 2017 and it's September 2017. After the rude owner reads this, I will never see that part. Yes, that's right. The owner was rude and mean. No customer service whatsoever. How he stays in business, I have no idea.
They used aftermarket parts which, on a Lexus, means the resale value just tanked.
My advice, use this place for an estimate but don't ever use them for work. Beware.
The good part of this place is a super nice and knowledgeable guy named Andy. If you only have to deal with him, you'll be fine and dodge a bullet from the owner. If you have any problems, the owner (Rick) steps in and then you get to see how incredibly rude he is.
