  • The Cosmo's lobby bar is, unsurprisingly, beautiful. They serve up strong craft cocktails here, offering the classics and their modern interpretations of them. I was particularly fond of the Wanderlust, their modern play on the Paloma, which features mezcal, lemon, ginger, tamarind and grapefruit beer ($16). If nothing on the menu jumps out at you, you can also give the bartender three descriptive words and they'll craft something unique for you.
