  • I've bring my dog for over a year now, and she's been receiving 45 min brushing and i have proofs. I questioned the staff and LISA, the unprofessional staff responded to me like this " I will show you our policy that we don't/never do 45 minute brushing. She didn't even think politely, she immediately told me about their policy. And all my response was " YOU LOST A CLIENT"... and tomorrow, i will report her to the higher management! !!!
