  • I've used this location several time in the past for my work needs. The last visit was terrible! I did everything like normal, print items, then use cutting board and that's it. Nothing serious. So I'm minding my own business and Sierra say get out from behind MY desk!! Says it again!! I look at her like are you serious? There is no signs that says it's anyone's desk and there is nothing indicating I'm behind the counter? I tried talking to her and she ignored me? Very unprofessional talking to her co-workers about me when I'm finishing my transaction. Her customer service is beyond terrible and I'm pretty sure it's NOT her desk? She looked like a team member at best. I just went about my business and kindly left HER store. I won't be returning as she NEEDS a lesson. Stick to what you eat and what you're used to, -fast food! That way your customer service will be un-noticed. Go to HOWARD HUGHES location I've been there about 8 times and never had any issues.
