  • If you want to be screwed over move here. The people who took it over are the worst kind of people just trying to screw people out of as much money as possible. I just moved out because I moved to Colorado and they hit me with 500 bucks of absurd fees. Never in the three other apartments I've lived have ever had a problem. They only have a good star because broad stone who previously owned it were amazing. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
