My husband and I went to this DD location the 23 of December last year. We knew it would be busy, it was right before Christmas but since we were moving I wanted to take a look. It was very busy and we had to hunt someone down for help. I was wanting to purchase a new band and he was wanting a wedding ring since he had lost his old one. The sales lady was TERRIBLE. My husband found one he liked and he tried it on and she said "oh that's a perfect fit I wouldn't get any smaller. " My band needed to be resized so they said it would be two hours. I came back without my husband to pick up because he had family in town. When he tried on I realized it was WAY to big! If he held his hand down it would slide right off. We had to get back to Texas right after Christmas as that's where he's stationed. Fast forward two months later I fly into town to visit family and bring his ring back so they can order the correct size. I decide to get a new setting for my wedding set. I told Lottie I wanted the same size as my recently purchased band. Which was a 5 1/2. She then informed me that they should have ordered me a new band instead of having resized because it was two sizes two big when purchased. Picked it up today and they are definitely not the same size. I don't have time to have resized since I'm flying back to Texas. I'll have another jeweler do it, but they definitely have issues with sizing. I could tell because I was in casual clothes that no one was jumping to help me. Lottie was the only one that offered help.
