I had to use this company due to my Sears agreement. Well, almost 2 weeks later they are scheduled to come out to replace a heating element. ..not sears fault but this company doesn't have the resources. Also, pretty sure the tech that diagnosed the problem didn't know what he was doing. He Googled possible problems and then guessed. So I am pretty sure I am going to be without a dryer come my appointment for repair.
Dispatch was polite but did absolutely nothing to get the appt scheduled sooner. No appt reminders, nada. Also I was told 2 to 3 days for the part. A week later and me calling to complain did I then get an appt but set out for 2 days later with a 4 hour window.
