  • As a property owner I'll give them two stars because I've never had a problem with the rent. However I've only made two requests of them and both required a lot of pushing form me to get them to take care of it. One was to set up a lawn care service which resulted in the tenant complaining because nobody was taking care of their lawn and the other was a termite inspection which I'm still trying to get them to arrange.
