rev:text	I have long thought that Sears is the worst company in the world. However, I returned to Sears for the first in years for a sale where they were matching a US store's prices on appliances. To make things, easy I asked them to match their own US store's price on a Bosch washer/dryer. They were willing to do so, and it saved me about $1,000. They came to deliver the washer/dry a few days later. They took my old one away and half way through assembling the new one, they realized they didn't have the parts to make them stack. So they left the dryer in the middle of my kitchen floor (great place, most people don't use that room) and told me they'd return that evening with the parts. It would actually be almost two weeks before they completed the installation of my washer/dryer during which time they apparently orders the part three times and lost it each time. I made no fewer than 28 calls to their customer service. Several times I was put on hold, and just when I was really getting into one of the pop songs they were playing, they would just hang up on me. Not just once, or even twice, this happened to me 6 times! Some people were honestly trying to help, and but most where just not interested in dealing with an unhappy customer and would transfer or disconnect to get away from me (I didn't think I was THAT bad!). In the end, I returned to the store the manager gave me an additional $400. I'm tempted to give Sears 2 stars for that, but I can't. Sears is undoubtedly the worst company in the world. Don't shop there.
