  • Worst experience of my life with poor customer service and management unwilling/unable to help. They identified that I was charged incorrectly but, completely unwilling to refund the money or charge the correct amount. I WILL NEVER go back to this salon and will make sure that I let anyone know that this place is horrible customer service. The hair color/cut was average for the OUTRAGOUS expensive cost that I paid.
