  • We visited many jewelers in the Cleveland area- privately owned and chain establishments- while searching for the perfect engagement ring. Upon our first visit, we were not only impressed with how knowledgeable Jeff (the owner) was, but also by how personable and 'real' he was. It was clear to us that it was more important to him that we walked out happy than it was for him to get a sale. That was not the case at most places we visited. That was only our first impression. I was unaware at the time, but my husband had collected 4 generations of diamonds from our families and needed to have the ring made. He ended up going with Jeff who was more than willing to work with the stones to make a beautiful ring for me. Other jewelers were not as willing since they weren't going to make the sale off the diamonds. The ring turned out beautiful... compliments keep coming year after year! My husband purchases all of my gifts from there now and we have recommended Jeff to numerous friends. In fact, our friends recently were engaged and the gorgeous ring on her finger was another Jeff creation. We are huge fans of this great, family-owned, quality-driven establishment and will be patrons as long as the doors remain open.
