  • Wife and I discovered this restaurant because they serve gluten free pancakes. The pancakes are hands down the best gluten free pancakes we've ever eaten. The variety and flavors make for interesting combinations and they aren't shy about sending free 'samples' to your table. I put sample in quotes because it's often a full size pancake. If the food wasn't enough the staff at snooze are friendly and attentive. I've never had an issue which wasn't remedied immediately and to my complete satisfaction. In a few short months we've gotten to know many of the servers and they us and it's always a pleasure to go there, like visiting extended family. I can not recommend this place enough. One word of caution, especially on weekends, this place is very popular, an hour wait is not uncommon, though first come first serve bar service ameliorates that some. Enjoy!
