| - Paid $240 up front for a clay wash, wax and engine clean. The engine clean is the ONLY thing that looks (so far) like it was done in a decent fashion. Haven't had time to get under the engine to look there yet. The clay wash that was supposed to make my paint look almost new didn't, and the wax that was supposedly done, I can't even verify it was done, as the paint feels exactly the way it did when I took the car in. Also, there were numerous spots ("hard water") still existing all over the car that they said after the fact, they can't get out with the clay wax. When I took the car in, even after paying all this money, they wanted MORE money to do things like open the doors and clean the metal inside the doors. Also, they did NOT clean at the bottom of the car. I took pics and will be filing a complaint with the BBB (where they have a "C" rating). Also, when I bought the package, the sales person said he'd throw in cleaning the headlights. He didn't document that on the contract, so they refused to do it when I showed up for the appointment. THEN they wanted to take my carbon copy of the contract! Really bad business practice. The receptionist got huffy when I refused to hand over my copy of the contract to her. Finally got them to make themselves a copy of my carbon copy & give me mine back. Ugh. Will never go back here. The ladies that do the basic car wash/interior clean do a decent job (although some spots missed....) but for anything other than that, I say save your money.
