  • First time customer of Beehive and I am very pleased with the service provided. Kathy (I hope that's her name) is a very knowledgeable representative of the company and was more than accommodating when I had to reschedule last minute. Ricardo was 10 minutes early (which is always a great first impression) and presented himself as a professional, both in appearance and in his demeanor and is what every business should seek as a representative for their company. He was also very knowledgable and was more than happy to explain the process and answer any questions. I had no reservations inviting him into our home to clean our carpets. Ricardo was very thorough and did a spectacular job cleaning our carpets. I was more than pleased with the end result. The company has new equipment with professional grade decals on the vehicles. I was very happy to see that there wasn't a 1985 eye sore with "carpet cleaning" spray painted on the side of it parked in front of my house. Everything about our experience with Beehive was positive and I couldn't think of a single negative if I tried. From the first interaction with their phone representative, to the professional field employees, all the way down to the fair prices. I will absolutely recommend this company and use their services in the future.
