  • I just moved out and the reason I moved out is because I am able to buy a townhouse. Otherwise, I would have renewed my lease. This is a good apartment community - the ladies in the front office are helpful and the maintenance team are also very nice. Shannon - their manager - is so much better than other property managers where I lived before. Yes - walls are thin, older appliances but you should notice that when you visit the apartments before you sign a lease. If you want modern appliances, there are other choices around/nearby and you must be willing to pay 50-75% more. This is an affordable, decent place to live.
