  • Really great Ranchera and marinade to make some authentic carne asada tacos at home. Get a few pounds on Friday on my way home from work...let it marinade over night until we bbq on Saturday evening and it's soooooo good. I think 5 of us once demolished 4 pounds of carne and wished we had some leftover. The flour tortillas are also amazing toasted up on the grill...they have numerous brands but they're all good. I don't speak Spanish at all but I did go in prepared with what to say in Spanish for my order. I don't think that's necessary but it's kinda fun to get to speak Spanish and successfully order some meat and marinade to grill up with friends and family.
