  • Clean yes. But so unprofessional. Front desk was rude to customers. No one on one at all. Sign in on iPad and sit. They'll call u back and that's it. My lady was..well, not that smart. Even with ID in hand she kept putting in the wrong name and said I had no orders in the system. And she's not computer literate at all. Clicking like a sloth...Maybe do the computer part before you call the patient back huh. I'm still waiting on my results. Hopefully they got sent out for processing. Should hv gone back to Lake Mead and buffalo! Update...24hrs later....blood still hasn't been processed. " sorry but there was a delay ". Delay in stat orders. Got it. I'll never return to this location.
