  • Called to have pick up service for relative. Got confirmation letter with time that we requested to get to airport. Great. Told us would call for pick up time the day before trip. They did but pick up time was for 5:45 when we wanted to be at airport by 5:30!! This was all done long distance for relative in Tempe so lots of hassle. We tried to change pickup time and they said they would tell driver. Ended up with a pickup at 5:45 and was not at airport at 5:30. I never would have used this company if I had known they would not honor time requested to be at airport. I have never had any problems with any other shuttle company like this one. Beware-they may assure you when you pay that they will get you there but then switch times on you last minute. You are also dealing with some non local operators that made it even more confusing. Would go with zero stars if I could.
