  • Well, here is another poor review for Maids to Perfection. And it's not necessarily the cleaning per-say, it's once again the owner Mary. I was a very long term client (Mary bought it from Lisa - prior owner) and I never really had any issues. I looked over various broken items around the house over the years ,etc., because I know that does happen. However, when the ladies broke my shower head off from the wall (I'm sure by accident) and I called them about it, Mary informed me that she called the ladies and they said they did not do it. period. End of discussion. No offer of maybe paying half of the $400+ cost of the repair, no offer of a free cleaning service, nothing. She was rude on the phone (which a lot of reviewers state) and when I asked, "so you don't believe me?" she said "No, the ladies said they didn't do it". I stated I would like to cancel your service immediately, she said "fine". That was it. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. I feel sorry for the employees in the field. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
