  • Customer beware! Don't ever use this company! They don't let you know ahead of time about service fees and the they try to upsell things parts you don't need. They install our garage door 6 months ago but our light bulb keeps burning out, so we called them and when the guy came he told my husband to put another bulb which work this time. He then just look at my husband and said that there's nothing he can do and charge us $25.00 for doing nothing. We called the company and he doesn't even know the name of his crew and when we told us what happened he replied,doyou want him to come for free? He did'nt make any money off that job. Great customer service huh! RIP OFF!
