  • Update on my 2nd trip to Komex.......better than the first time if that's even possible. Tried the PBBBLT (Pork Belly, Bulgogi, Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato) sandwich this time and it was the heat!. They also had a special (that I pray becomes a regular) on the menu......Pork Belly skewers! Talk about melt in your mouth goodness! I could eat this stuff every day. This is one of those kind of things that could be pulled into a dozen different other dishes. Don't waste time.......go now!
