  • Their website would not let us pay rent on the third (the deadline) but we thought it went through. They fined us and refused to refund. Then they sent a lawyer to our door with a notice about terminating our lease AFTER we paid in full! After being scared of a stranger at our footstep coldly handing us papers we called that day and were told to disregard. Then the following WEEK we get a USPS notification that we have to pick up something from the post office in Scottsdale. Having been very recently married my husband waited in line thinking maybe it was a gift from a loved one. After TWO HOURS of post office wait time it was ANOTHER notice threatening to terminate our lease. Again, their website was what would not accept payment. All over one day. One day late for THEIR fault and not only did a rude cruel lawyer serve us a letter but then two hours of our time wondering what arrived at the post office that couldn't be delivered to our box only to be another threat to kick us out. We've lived here for years and this is how we were treated. DONT MOVE HERE!!!! It doesn't matter how long you lived here or how timely your payments are they don't care and you cannot argue anything with them. It's LITERALLY in their corporate policy to never refund a fine, the woman at the front office was so kind as to inform us of this. This is a horrible awful miserable company that exists to enforce fines, fees, and anything to mistreat people and get their money. Horrible place to live and horrible experience, I wish I could give zero stars. Don't bother escalating a complaint, no one cares. If your considering moving here know that you're alone and the company will NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER accept accountability. The customer is always wrong here.
