| - I've been a Vons delivery customer for a while, but not any longer. I don't mind waiting here and there for the delivery driver, but I paid in full for all my groceries Friday and waited for my delivery scheduled for between one and three, they never came. I waited Sunday between one and three, EASTER SUNDAY, and they never arrived! After a good 25 minute wait for customer service on the phone, I was basically told "we are sorry, but a re-delivery date didn't get made," (even though my husband and I both made a Sunday alternative delivery date), "we can offer you a $25 future credit". Were it not for the sincere apology of driver DINO BACA, I'd never go back to their service. HE is the only person who came remotely close to providing customer service; he got another chance for them, period. Certainly, not customer service.
