The guy they have working today is a real prick. I ordered the Black and White Mocha at first, and later after he finished another order and formally got to ours and he hadn't even started physically making our crap yet I say "can I change it to the white chocolates mocha" and he got all pissy and said "you know they're the same right? They're interchangeable???" I then said, "well then why would there be two different options posted?" To which he didn't have a reply. Not really sure why changing my order to what I usually get at Starbucks because I didn't initially see it right away inflicted a smart ass prick. Don't know why you have to make a paying customer feel like they're the idiot? I would rather go to Starbucks then deal with this guy
