  • They are crooks. When you try to cancel a reservation you not only better do it before 72 hours of check in time but before 5pm because they only stay open til then, they don't have a 24 cancellation number, and you can't cancel online. Then when you finally get a hold of them - even though it's within 72 hours of check in time you're penalized your first night of points which out of the 2940 point sit cost me I'm only getting credited 740 I believe. Crooks crooks crooks... I bet the resort doesn't even sell out that night! If I didn't care about my credit I would've stopped paying them a long time ago.
