  • I was put in Mesa visiting a friend when she got a leak behind the washing machine valve. No way to cut the water to the leak without shutting off the whole house. She was crying. Jimmy Joe came out fast! He was so professional and personable and put our minds at ease right away. ("You will have water when I'm finished.") He fixed the pipe, he was neat, quick, didn't overcharge her, and didn't mind doing a couple of other little jobs for her even though it's the weekend. (Leaking sink and hose-bib) When he was finished the new valve looked great! I don't write a lot of reviews, but kudos to Jimmy Joe's Plumbing for being available, fast, and making sure a single-mom with a family has water this weekend. My friend was so grateful.
