This Starbucks is an excellent/textbook example of terrible customer service! I went in there to order a coffee and relayed to the employee that I had to catch a bus relatively soon so I was wondering if they could expedite my order. She said sure, but of course her and her team proceeded to and continued concentrating on their drive-through customers. After waiting about five minutes I had to leave---without my coffee (of course, I'll pick it up later). I realize that they may be busy, but come on! This was a special request. Won't ever tip them again that's for sure.
