This location has serious issues with customer service and competency . It's seems easy to put bagels and donuts in a bag and they seem to struggle at this task . We have been here numerous times and 4 of them have been a disaster .
TODAY -
I pulled in to drive thru the gentleman and mic was very friendly , I order a plain bagel and he stated " we are out of plain bagels " I said how can you be out of the most popular bagel ?he didn't have a answer so I suggested maybe they could make more that is when Lynn the manager with zero customer service skills took over the conversation . She suggested that it is extremely busy on Saturday's and this is our most popular so I stated why wouldn't the plan if it is the busiest day and this is there most popular and make enough ? And this is when sh stated " if your gonna talk to me like that then NO! ( like a child ) I will refuse service ! I was trying to talk to her and she interrupted me attests 5 times ! At that point I drove around due to her refusing to answer my request of what her name is , i went and requested her she Gabe me a dirty look and rolled her eyes and stated she was not going to talk to me and then continued to interrupt me as I tried to discuss this issue .
I asked her name again and she ignored me but luckily it was on her name badge . I
LYNN if you wonder why there are so many issue and unhappy customers you may want to start with yourself its no wonder your employees struggle to fill order when there leader is terrible at her job !
I am self employed and have been for 10 years , customer service is everything to me and that is why I have a successful business !
I left and went to the store on Bell and 303 and was happy with the service .
